About

Whitney Ngo, DO was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and later moved to Orange County for her Internal Medicine residency at UC Irvine. During her residency, she received close mentorship from seasoned attending physicians who taught her to approach complex medical issues with a compassionate and humanistic perspective. Dr. Ngo decided to specialize in Primary Care because this field allows her to form a collaborative bond with her patients and follow them long-term throughout their health journey.

After her experience throughout residency of caring for the Orange County population, she strives to continue providing excellent care for patients of all backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses.

“As a general Internist, I find the most satisfaction in educating my patients on their complex medical conditions and using evidence-based medicine to help patients make informed decisions about their health.”

- Whitney Ngo

Dr. Ngo specializes in the management of metabolic syndrome, prevention of cardiovascular disease, cancer screening, and treatment of geriatric communities.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Ngo enjoys traveling internationally, running, eating at new and interesting restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
