I always enjoy the doctor’s ability to make me feel good. She a great listener. She gives honest advice. She makes me feel safe and comfortable enough to tell her anything that’s on my mind. I like that she’s conservative in her approach; not rushing to prescribe medication!I enjoy seeing her!!

I booked a virtual appointment on My Chart for Dr. Gaikwad. I wrote a personal email to the Doctor and asked if she is able to treat a specific disorder. This is so I do not waste her time and my money. I never got a response. I followed up with a second email, again no response. When the appointment happened, I asked her if she could treat a specific disorder and she COULD NOT. SURPRISE, I got a bill. I contacted the office and informed them what I did and they apologized and saw my emails and dropped the ball. I had a 12 dollar balance after my insurance paid for this, (no care appointment.) Of course I did not pay the 12 dollars that they billed me, and they decided to send it to a collection agency. I am furious! They are taking advantage of the healthcare system and patients. This has to stop!!!!!
