Ruthann Devera, M.D., is a board-certified OB/GYN with the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She received her medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed her residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Coming from a family of physicians, and seeing her father enjoy his career as a physician, Dr. Devera was influenced to follow in his footsteps, thus beginning a career in the field of medicine. Dr. Devera grew up in Long Beach, California, and partners with local non-profit organizations. She has strong community ties and strives to have a positive impact through every patient encounter.

Dr. Devera was awesome! She knows how to make you feel comfortable, engaged, and confident that she listens to you and your concerns. She’s also very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her office to anyone that lives near the area.

I can't recommend Ruthann Devera, MD highly enough. From the moment she walked into the room, I felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and reassurance. Her bedside manner is second to none; she is not only incredibly personable, making it easy for me to be open and vulnerable with her about my concerns, but also exudes a genuine warmth and caring that is often rare to find in healthcare today.
She took the time to comprehensively understand my concerns, meticulously going through every detail with patience and thoroughness that left me feeling cared for. Her approach is a perfect blend of professionalism and empathy.
I would encourage anyone looking for a doctor who is truly dedicated to their patient's well-being to consider her.

I was feeling anxious discouraged and scared about my babies progress, but after the appointment it gave me reassurance that my baby and I were ok. I discuss the pain I was having and Dr. Devera gave content behind what was going on. I also was relieved that I was able to get an ultra sound with her. I was very pleased with my visit and excited to proceed with Dr. Devera!

Dr. Devera was knowledgeable, curious, and took her time explaining concepts. She actually listened to my concerns about my body and scheduled follow-up work to get to the bottom of my issue.
