About
Lizander Pandy, DO, studied osteopathic medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Chino Valley Medical Center. He chose a career in family medicine because he loves teaching his patients to be healthier to improve their wellbeing through all stages of their lives. Whether it is providing patients with immediate relief or seeing them a year later after helping them with their diet, exercise, and proper medications, Dr. Pandy enjoys seeing how grateful his patients are of the end results.
I actively listen to my patient’s acute complaints. However, I also emphasize preventative medicine at all age groups. When a patient comes to see me for a small same day issue, they will typically leave with a plan in place for screenings at their age, follow up lab orders from overlooked chronic medical conditions, a vaccination plan, and a follow up visit.
Dr. Pandy grew up in Southern California and has been practicing in San Juan Capistrano for over 10 years. Outside of medicine, his interests include motorsports and off roading. He also likes to collect records, which includes everything from classic rock from the 60’s to the newest hip-hop songs of today. He enjoys attending Comic-Con in San Diego every year and enjoys daily afternoon bike rides to stay in shape.

My second appointment was at 9am, I arrived 8:30, 30 minutes before my appointment. It was 9:30 am when I first got called by his nurse. His Nurse did my pre-check and was very nice. Than I waited for another 20 minutes for the Dr. to show up.When the Doctor did arrived he explained the delay than went thru all the same questions the nurse had asked me. He did not examine me. He had me give blood and urin on my way out and then asked me return in 2 weeks to go over those test. I think he should have had me give the blood and such two weeks before my 1st visit instead of the latter. He is very personable. On my follow up visit, he was more on his game and got a lot done on my behalf. I do recommend Dr. Pandy.

Poor understanding of preventive integration… he was unable to assist with anything regarding my wellness or interested in having a discussion. The only assistance was a referral to dermatologist.

Dr Pandy doesn’t listen to patient. I understand that he’s a doctor and I’m not. I value his medical opinion however it’s still my body and my choice. I also came for a doctors visit for three reasons, I was giving the impression by the nurse and doctor (by the dr only addressing only two of the three reasons that I came for) that were only allowed two issues per visit. I’m guessing that is a memorial care thing and not Dr Pandy.
