He was well aware of my health conditions for the past years before my recent visit and verified & corrected me about the dated occurrence of my health issues against my medical records. A highly detailed PCP that I would strongly recommend!

Parking was free with many spaces and handicap spaces available.Office is on second floor w/stair and elevator access available.Staff is plentiful and professional so my initial first-time check-in was rapid and painless. They gave me a free mask as I had forgotten to bring mine.I waited for a surprisingly short time before them taking my vitals then on to the room. Dr. Lee arrived shortly afterwards and was cordial, friendly and professional. We discussed my issues, he introduced me to the app for their medical system etc. prescribed meds, made referrals, and they painlessly took my blood right there in the office. 10/10 great experience, I feel more confident about getting my health back on track after seeing him and his staff.I feel like they listened very closely to what I had to say, acknowledged it and responded in a positive and helpful way providing advice, making arranges to get things fixed and informing me about a followup to address the issues I said that I had.I think that for a primary care office that they are highly organized, clean, rapid without being rude or insensitive. However, the reason why I did not rate him 10 out of 10 is because he never put in the prescription order on the same day of my visit. I kept calling the pharmacy and they never received the order. I called Dr. Lee's front office and they informed me that they did not see an order for any prescription. I was restless and in severe pain and I had to suffer through it an extra day before getting the proper medications that I needed.

Didn’t send to the pharmacy one of the medications he said he would, didn’t reply to MyChart message when I asked for it, sent directions for inhaler over 24 hours after appointment, after I started using it

So confusing! Got an email asking for a review, and thanking me for rating Dr Lee so highly. Too bad he’s not my doctor. Memorial Cares’ MyChart always has errors.

I went here for a physical check. Nothing was actually performed except for standard blood work that I requested. Blood pressure was super elevated due to an argument at the front desk over billing (questions are billed on an individual basis, new question, new billing code. Unreal.)It's been a while since I had a physical and I left wondering if one had actually been performed. Dr. Lee was just checking boxes while staring into a computer screen while trying to sell me unnecessary vaccines.
