The annual check appointment with Dr. HAGHIGHAT was given to me for 40 minutes. However, 20 minutes into the meeting, the doctor said that he has to go to another patient. I was disappointed that I did not even complete addressing all the issues I wanted to discuss with him. The front counter staff took along time to figure out what my insurance status is. Does the total appointment time include the patient sign-in time?

I came in for a follow up urgent care visit from a few days ago. Dr. Haghighat was the provider that saw me, but I don't feel like he did a complete assessment. He just asked 1 or 2 questions and walked out, wrote up a summary and had his staff tell me the orders, then they walked me out. He didn’t even ask me if I had any questions, but I had several.

I do not feel respected after seeing Kamran Haghighat. He did not listen to my concerns and did not answer all of my questions. Doctor's are supposed to care and it felt like he wanted me out of his exam room as fast as possible because of my condition. Would not recommend and will be looking for a new PCP. I will also be moving my wife and two children off of Memorial Care as a result of this visit.
