He did a good job going over everything with me and briefly explaining what things were and why they were important (ex: individual measures of cholesterol vs total cholesterol, why having 1 or 2 blood test values slightly outside of the “normal” range was nothing to be worried about, pointing out certain blood test values as liver panel tests, why sun protection mattered, how having my Tdap vaccine up to date was important to have if I wanted to see any friends/family that had newborn babies, what Tdap stood for, etc.). I’m fairly knowledgeable on medical/physiological topics and happened to already know about these things, but I still appreciated that he took the time to discuss the specific values instead of just saying “everything looks good” and leaving it at that. Also he explained everything in a way that was concise and didn’t feel condescending, just that he was giving additional information outside of the standard good/bad judgement we’re usually given on health related topics.

He saw me for less than 2 minutes. I felt unheard. I was supposed to do bloodwork- he did not look at my chart. I wasted my time and want a refund if that’s possible. I will not see him again. Did not address my concern thoroughly

I did not feel good with this visit. Doctors scared me about all the worse things that can happen rather than focusing on diagnosing. I was depressed for a day after this visit.
