Jeffrey Zeleznik, DO, studied medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He then completed his residency in family medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. His decision to pursue a career in family medicine was fueled by his profound appreciation for the enduring relationships and trust that can be cultivated with patients as their primary care provider.
I take great pleasure in building meaningful relationships with my patients and crafting personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs. I want my patients to feel confident in my ability to provide care for individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Creating a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment for everyone is my top priority.
Having grown up in Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Zeleznik recently relocated to Southern California in 2021. Beyond his professional commitments, he enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, going to the beach, and swimming.

What really struck me is that he doesn’t tell me to lose weight and everything else will fix itself as other doctors have said. I appeared during the stated arrival time for my appointment and was immediately assisted and prepped for my visit by the employee at the front desk. The pacing of the visit was very satisfactory and I saw the doctor within 10 minutes of arrival to the exam room. The doctor listened to my concerns and appeared to take carefully detailed notes while I spoke. He asked numerous questions and appeared to take my comments seriously, treating me with respect during the visit. I remarked toward the end that the visit was ”surprisingly pleasant”, which appeared to have a positive response. I would return to this doctor enthusiastically based on this experience.

Great doctorJeffery has always been very professional and yet super friendly. He makes me feel like I'm special and not just another number of patients that he has to see. He also came up with options that I had not even thought about in regards to my move and finding another doctor. I will miss him and the rest of the staff at Naples.

Had a lovely appointment with Dr. Zeleznik. He listened to me and helped with everything I needed. He also made everything efficient by sending a referral I needed and letting me do labs while I was already there. Would absolutely recommend.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Zeleznik! He recently moved from Orange County to Long Beach, yet I will continue to see him as he is quick to respond, willing to listen, kind and professional. He actually helped with my migraines on top of my treatment from my neurologist. I was still having daily headaches, and he discovered that I was having sinus headaches on top of migraines. I had not even consulted him regarding my headaches/migraines because I have a neurologist for that. He somehow had access to my MRI and called me in (I'm guessing because of the MemorialCare system), and discussed this issue. Something no one else has even considered along with my migraine treatments! I wake up most days now without a headache or migraine! Thank you, Dr Zeleznik.

Quick, respectful, professional! the check in desk employee was kind and fun. the nurses were so gentle, and informative. the Dr was extremely respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. as i was mentioning my situations, He immediately sought ways to improve the quality of my life and my health.also the parking lot is small but perfectly sized, clean and feels safe. very grateful and will be suggesting to others!♡☆

New to the area and looking for a PCP. I was hopeful based on reviews but I will never come back here. Didnt even take the time to review my chart. Dismissed my medical history and refused me a simple blood test I know I need to monitor my condition. I wish I didnt have to advocate for my health this hard but it is what it is.

He was polite enough enough however he did not examine me did mention that he only had a certain short amount of time to be with each patient which is ridiculous so I can't really think that in future he would have too much worry about my medical care or be able to catch anything that could be possibly detrimental to my house on the plus side as I said he was polite he did refer me to a couple of specialists I do need I will probably have to go to urgent care for my ear infection, the staff was pretty nice and efficient
