However, there was a nurse practitioner standing outside and right before Mr. Fidel Andrade came in, the nurse practitioner said “I don’t think they know what urgent care is for”. The patients can hear through the doors and that kind of comment is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Please speak with the nurse practitioner and provide better training. Thank you.

From the initial call to the scheduling line to “checking outt”was a pleasant experience. The appointment representative recommended I go in when they open as the clinic closest had no reservations available. She did offer to check available for other clinics in my area.
Check in was easy, the front desk representative was kind and professional. The MA was kinda and took down all of my information. Doctor was great, soft spoken and listened to what my concerns were and quickly assessed my needs. I’d definitely go back if I needed to. 1.5hrs is nothing given I was a well-in. Great office! I had a scheduled appointment at 6pm. When I checked in I asked the girl how long of a wait. She lied and said there was one in front of me. I wasn’t seen for another 45 minutes and expected a Dr not a PA. Will not go again to this location.
