From the initial call to the scheduling line to “checking outt”was a pleasant experience. The appointment representative recommended I go in when they open as the clinic closest had no reservations available. She did offer to check available for other clinics in my area.
Check in was easy, the front desk representative was kind and professional. The MA was kinda and took down all of my information. Doctor was great, soft spoken and listened to what my concerns were and quickly assessed my needs. I’d definitely go back if I needed to. 1.5hrs is nothing given I was a well-in. Great office! Thank you!

Excellent bedside manner, thoroughWe saw him in an urgent care visit for my kids. He has an excellent bedside manner, very thorough, showed empathy and listened. His interaction with my kids are amazing and I could see they felt at ease and liked him even though they were scared in general. It's very rare nowadays to have and meet a healthcare professional like that (sad to say). We go to clinics a lot due to my kids' allergies and frequent illness. Last Friday I saw Fidel and the LVN to check me in for a ingrown thumb nail infectionFidel was knowledgeable and patient. The procedure was tolerable and quickly done, but I never felt rushed. My thumb was properly drained and then cleaned as well bandaged up. Fidel's instructions were clear for after the visit and how I can take care of this. I would be more than happy to come to this urgent care again if another health issue arise that I could not take care of myself.

Unfortunately, This is my second time coming here in the last 3 weeks. Both of my children came in for 2 different reasons and this Dr., was incredible! We love the entire staff here, they are all very quick but thorough and such kind people. I am starting to prefer this place over my regular peds office just because the staff is so great! Urgent Care is never fun, but these people run an office that is competent, clean, and professional. I feel like we got excellent care and I felt like the entire staff had a true concern and interest in our family.
