Each year, more than 2,500 MemorialCare employees help support our nonprofit health system through our iGIVE employee giving program. When you give to MemorialCare, you help impact patient care and allow us to stay at the leading edge of medical advancements.

Through the iGIVE employee giving program, MemorialCare employees have donated over $1.9 million over the years. Thanks to iGIVE participants, we’re able to support initiatives like:
- The launch and implementation of advanced Mako robotic-arm technology at the Orthopedic and Spine Institute at Long Beach Medical Center, enhancing precision and outcomes in joint replacement surgeries
- The purchase of new, upgraded sleeper chairs for the BirthCare and Pediatric units at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital, improving comfort for families staying at their child’s bedside
- Rehabilitation devices for Parkinson’s disease speech therapy program at Orange Coast Medical Center
- Advanced cardiac care by expanding cardiac surgery nurse navigation at the MemorialCare Heart & Vascular Institute at Saddleback Medical Center
- Patient support programs such as complex care coordination and peer-based support for breast cancer patients through MemorialCare Medical Foundation
