Dr. Chun and his nurse assistant Nicole are always so patient, kind, welcoming, and if they don't know the answer, they tell you and will refer you to someone who is better qualified! This is not common and if you're looking for a provider, you've probably experienced this yourself. From the very beginning, the front staff is friendly, you get back with Nicole and she is thorough yet takes the time to chat with you and then the star player, Dr. Chun walks in. He would laugh at this because he does not consider himself a star but he really is. He is so humble and always seems like he's in a good mood! Of course I would not have been seeing him for the past 5 to 7 years if he didn't know what he was doing! He has never steered me wrong and I trust him implicitly!!!

Great PCPDr. Chun has been my primary care physician for about 15 years now. I would like to keep him for another 15 or more if I can. Why? Well for one, he’s wise and very knowledgeable. He takes his time and he listens to what I have to say. He makes recommendations, but doesn’t try to force to do something I’m not comfortable with. ExceptionalExceptional. He is a very , very bright physician and answered all of my questions I had already prepped for ahead of the visit (new patient). The more you share with your doctor; the more they can help. He takes the time to understand your situation in detail. I haven't had this attentiveness from a PCP in a decade, since I left Chicago. I used to use the Drs at Northwestern. I thought these type of PCPs were a part of history. He's a gift.

This place staffs always on lunch. I called them 3 times for my son appointment and they were on lunch until 2pm, second time call they were on lunch until 1:30pm, third time calling they hold me on hold listen to music like 15 mins. Is that too hard just for an appointment? The person picked up the fone said appointment department went on lunch, you can call back later? Really??

Said the body is not meant to live past 30 yearsI had an appointment with Dr. Chun in November 2022. I didn't have a great experience. I went in for back pain, and his response to me was that my back pain had to do with the human body not being designed to live past 30 years old. It was very strange, but he wasn't kidding. Not comforting in the least bit. He didn't address my back pain, but he did convince me to get the flu shot, which he seemed to care more about. Will be looking for a different doctor.

Very poor 1st visitUnfortunately I had a very negative 1st patient visit with Dr Chun. My 1st impression was surprise when I saw the receptionists were not wearing any masks. I came in to see the Dr with symptoms of a sinus infection for the last 3 + weeks and he tells me..."nothing wrong with you! You have just allergies"...? He said "We have been having an ORGY of allergens in our air lately". I felt shocked at his use of sexual terminology, when describing my medical concern. I then felt frustrated when I asked if 3 weeks was not an extended time frame to be experiencing my symptoms, and perhaps the infection had gone bacterial at that point. His advice to go see an ENT specialist was confusing, because he didn’t ask me if I had ever experienced the symptoms before. He appeared to just want to get rid of me and sent me to specialist on my very first visit without practicing any actual medicine.
