Dr. Barnes is board certified in family medicine and joined the Long Beach office in 2010. She received her doctorate of medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed her residency training at Long Beach Memorial.
She enjoys providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Some of her particular interests include women's health, pediatrics, and diabetes.
When not working, Dr. Barnes enjoys traveling, running, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr Barnes sits and talks with me about my problems. She is proactive in recommending testing that would be appropriate for me. She went above and beyond by having the phlebotomists come to the room to draw my blood so I could stay lying down and not risk fainting. She made me feel very in control of the Pap smear and tried to help in many different ways, including letting me listen to music, having an ice pack, checking in regularly and then giving me water after.

Always a pleasure, & reassuring comfort to see Dr. Barnes. I have had a number of medical emergencies (fractured knee, hospitalization & a 6 week residence @ a rehab facility. I have maintained contact with her throughout this ordeal & she has been supportive & facilitated services when I had difficulty receiving them @ the facility. She is warm & caring & knowledgeable. The only downside is that Dr. Barnes is in such great demand that it takes months & months to get an appt with her.

I went to see Dr Haley osterhouse she was nice gave me referrals to theDoctors I was supposed to see that's where everything stopped I called the surgeon I was to call they said I wasn't in thier network so going on two weeks nothing done still can't schedule a surgery or any of the other referrals still can't get appointments for heart tests thedoctor was worried about my heart she was the only one because I still haven't been able to schedule even a xrY I don't know what's up with memorial care but I'm exhausted just trying to get a appointment
