I feel very fortunate to have found a place where I not only love to work, have the opportunity to teach others, but can also continue to learn and grow as a physician. Within primary care, my clinical interests include maternity care, diabetes management and womens health.
Dr. Swords and her husband met in high school. Together, they love to cook and explore new places with their children.

Her nurse was also very kind and knowledgeable, anticipating the doctor and my needs. They helped me with a referral I was waiting on and were proactive and skilled in delivering the professional care that was needed. I would definitely schedule another appointment with Dr Rose Swords and the memorial care team at the family practice. Check in was easy I did it all online mostly (first time patient) and did not wait long at all to be seen after arriving. They also validate parking at the location she was at! I know scheduling an appointment can be hard since there are a lot of patients but I was able to get in quickly due to some higher risk circumstances I was experiencing. Appreciate all the staff that helped me.

Dr. Swords is a great PC provider. She always makes not only myself feel comfortable in our visit but my whole family. She is a true professional. She is very thorough and easy to talk to. We love her.
