Dr. Christine M. Feigal is a board-certified obstetrics-gynecology practitioner with the MemorialCare Medical Group in Long Beach, CA. She serves as vice chair, OB-GYN Department at Long Beach Medical Center.
Her clinical interests include complex contraception, family planning, and menstrual disorders in addition to comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care. Dr. Feigal enjoys treating all areas of women’s health and providing excellence in women’s healthcare.
She received her medical degree from Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California (USC) and residency in obstetrics & gynecology at Rush University in Chicago where she served as administrative chief resident during her fourth year. Prior to her medical training, she completed a Master’s in Epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Feigal is board-certified in obstetrics-gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
As your physician, I will work with you to provide well-informed and comprehensive care that meets your treatment goals. I am devoted to spending time with my patients and their families and working with my colleagues to provide the best care possible. I look forward to building a relationship with each of my patients and helping them navigate the healthcare process.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Feigal enjoys spending time with her husband and three cats, hiking, and going to the beach, and traveling with friends and family.

After a change in my insurance, I was faced with the daunting task of finding a new OB. I was referred to this office by a staff member at Magella, and so far, I feel very confident in my decision.This was my second visit at MemorialCare, and my experiences have been consistently positive. I’ve always been able to reach the office promptly by phone or through MyChart, scheduling has been easy, and wait times have been minimal.I had previously only been treated by male OBs, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this practice is led by women physicians. At my most recent visit, Dr. Feigal took the time to review my medical history in advance, which spared me from having to revisit sensitive information. She was attentive, proactive, and even offered early prenatal testing—something I had been considering but hadn’t yet mentioned.I truly feel I am in capable, caring hands and look forward to continuing my care and delivering with a physician from this practice.

Dr. Feigal was very kind and I appreciated her insight and feedback. My only critique was that she talked very fast and gave a lot of information in a very short amount of time. It was hard for me to get in any questions or confirm information without cutting her off. I also had brought up some concerns to the nurse ahead of time that I wanted to address with the doctor, but she never brought them up during our visit. I had to quickly ask her about them before she left the room, again needing to cut her off mid-sentence to do so. Otherwise she was great and I’d be happy to be seen by her again.

Doesn't treat UTIs or MenopauseI don't understand how any gynecologist is allowed to practice without studying and treating Menopause. Only every client (who doesn't die first) will have this condition.

Do your researchIt was my first time having a baby all visits were decent. All appointments were about 1 hour to be called in which is fine I get it, it’s a medical facility. That’s not the part that made me not have my future children here it’s the fact that the treating OBGYN Dr.Fiegal did not fully deliver my placenta. I delivered it at home on the 3rd day at home, it was the size of a baseball. I could have literally bleed to death in my own home, I called to advise this issue and she did not even want to bring me back for a post op. Please do you research on any your future OBGYN. Your experience should be great and quality of care should be number 1. Due to the doctors negligence I now suffer from other things I will not disclose.
