Dr. Razieh Hadian Jazi, MD, is a distinguished alumna of one of Iran's top medical universities, Isfahan University of Medical Science. She went on to pursue residency in family medicine at the University of Minnesota. She chose a field in medicine because she finds fulfillment in the art of healing and preventive medicine. She appreciates the continuity of care offered in primary care, cherishing the opportunity to establish long-term connections with her patients and intervene proactively in their health journey.
I practice medicine with a holistic approach and treat my patients as individuals whose well-being extends beyond physical health, considering the impact of their lifestyles on their overall wellness.
Dr. Hadian Jazi was raised in Isfahan in Iran and is fluent in Farsi. Beyond medicine, she finds joy in expressing her creativity through painting, embarking on biking adventures, engaging in crafts, and exploring new destinations through traveling.

This appoirntment was scheduled as a virtual appointment because I could not get in to see my actual primary care physician quickly. Even though this was my first time seeing Dr. Hadian-Jazi was most professional and gracious. The office called me to schedule an appointment since the doctor needed to meet me to refill my prescription. The phone call helped me a lot rather than getting an email or automated message advising me to call back to schedule. It was my first time doing a virtual visit and Dr. Hadian Jazi made the process very easy. She was very approachable and friendly. I gave her a description of my symptoms and she was able to diagnose me right away. In order to get prescribed medication, she had labs ordered and I had to come in to get that done, but it was quick and easy since I just had to schedule a nurse visit. The nurse sent my results over to her office and Dr. Hadian Jazi was able to prescribe my medication. Overall, a great experience.

The physical exam was almost non existent. She did not conduct any physical examination like I am used to with other doctors at the same facility. She listened to my heart and lungs while I was talking, and was done within 5 seconds altogether. I brought up a few concerns, all she said was I can write you an order to get a scan. This is unacceptable, why did I even have to go in to see her. Management team should evaluate whether she is following her protocol.
