I looked up his rating ahead of my appointment time and saw he had 55 5 star reviews so I was like, let's see what this is all about. From the outset of my appointment, I knew right away why he is so popular. So kind, caring, attentive, not in a rush and covers the bases. I was going through a stressful situation and he covered the bases of stuff I should have mentioned but didn't because I was stressed out and he brought up all the right things and was really just a great doctor. I will absolutely return to this urgent care for any other urgent needs.

This guy is seriously top shelf. He has 55 5 star reviews. I checked ahead of time and while I was with him I was like, yeah, this is why he has so many 5 star reviews. He is so kind, patient and covers the bases in your care. So considerate. He aplogized for the long wait and explained that he had called my insurance to clarification on an inquiry he knew I had. So he took it upon himself to call and get the answer for me. So so nice and smart. I will go to Urgent Care again just to have this guy as my doctor. I was honestly at peace in his care.

It started perfectly with the response of the lady who answered the phone and contacted my doctor to ask how she wanted my problem approached by Memorial Care Medical Group. I have never had this response from an urgent care. Dr Hong was able to quickly address my problem and offer his advise which did not differ from what I thought or override my personal provider's approach. He agreed with current medication and I was on my way home comfortable with his assessment. This is my go to urgent care from now on. I was very pleased.

The nurse moved us from the waiting room into a private room within minutes and gave my granddaughter an icicle pop to soothe her pain and calm her down. This was very caring and comforting for my granddaughter. Dr Hong was very professional and diagnosed immediately after thorough examination. Despite going to the urgent care for a situation that was worrisome, stressful and anxious, the entire visit turned out to be a positive and enjoyable experience. Soon after taking the medication prescribed by Dr. Hong, our granddaughter is happy and singing right now!

I Took my son in for a check up do to his high fever and headache. Never did we say he had neck pain. We understand we got there 30 minutes before urgent care was closing but scaring us and rushing us and giving us this diagnosis of him having meningitis is probably one of the scariest things ever. Because apparently to him my son had all the symptoms. He didn’t do a proper check that I feel like we have received from previous doctors. I just felt like it was ok this is what i believe he has go to the ER.
