Hospital Equity Measures Report – 2024
The PDFs below are required under Assembly Bill 1204, which directs HCAI to administer the Hospital Equity Measures Reporting Program. Hospitals (general acute, children’s, and acute psychiatric) must submit annual reports with performance and patient outcome data by sociodemographic factors such as age, sex, race/ethnicity, payor type, language, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
Each report includes measure summaries, the top 10 disparities, and equity plans. HCAI posts these reports on its website, and hospitals are required to post them on their own sites as well.
