Class Schedule

  • Week One: October 13 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Two: October 20 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Three: October 27 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Four: November 3 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Five: November 10 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.

These classes are funded by MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Foundation and are free.

Mothers are not able to attend more than one series.
